A little introduction

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), and an Analytically-Informed, Depth, and Somatic Psychotherapist. Guided by a reverence for the sacred process of self-discovery, I aim to create a space where healing unfolds like a tapestry, woven from threads of emotional experience, symbolic exploration, and the wisdom of the body. I believe that the body and soul are indivisible, and thus integrate somatic therapies and attachment theory into our sessions to restore the harmony between psyche and soma.

With deep respect for the autonomy of each individual, I help you navigate the delicate dance of reflection and interpretation, honouring the sacred terrain of your inner world. Through a collaborative approach, we explore the valuable insights from past experiences and beliefs and awaken to how they have influenced your life and relationships.

I specialize in trauma for both individuals and couples, helping partners explore their relationship dynamics with empathy, weaving a path toward mutual understanding, deeper connection, and shared growth.

My work focuses on sexual trauma and complex trauma, attachment ruptures and developmental trauma, those in major life transitions, as well as those working through strained relationships, persistent and major depression, mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, grief/loss.
