A little introduction
I'm a registered social worker and psychotherapist who helps people navigate life's hardest seasons - burnout, trauma, grief, and chronic illness. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, creating a space where you can exhale, be seen, and begin to heal at your own pace. I draw from EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness-based approaches to support the body and mind's natural capacity to heal. Together, we'll explore not only what hurts, but also what helps - uncovering new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted by doing it all, therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with your strength, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
