A little introduction

As a schema therapist, I am happy to work with you to explore; your patterns of thought, emotions, behaviors, attachment style, and bodily responses; how events in your past may have helped in the development of those patterns; how today's events interact with your patterns; and how we can work to change the patterns that are no longer working for you.

Therapy is holistic, integrative, adapted to each individual client, and as needed may include elements of somatic, parts, child, emotion focused, compassion focused, imagery, deep cognitive behavioral, existential, gradual exposure, or acceptance and commitment therapy.

Clients can be supported to understand their narrative and to rescript it as necessary, while being supported with attention to their attachment needs.
