Hi. I'm Roxanne Francis. Keynote Speaker, Consultant, Social Worker, and the CEO of Francis Psychotherapy. Really started out of a place of stress for me. I was overwhelmed and overworked at my last place of employment and decided that something had to change. I started my practice part time and I did that for a few months and then eventually I just have to leave, so I left my full time job and started this practice with nothing but hope and vision and a desire to spend more time with my family. After a few months I began to realize that people were waiting for months to work with me and that doesn't sit with me ethically. So I reached out and expanded my team and now we are a full strong team of experienced very skilled clinicians with multiple areas of expertise and we cannot wait to serve you.
